Oscar Giovingo possesses extensive experience in operations and business development, particularly within the Latin American market. Currently serving as the Western Hemisphere Director and Latin America Business Director at GOWell since May 2011, Oscar has played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic initiatives in the region. Prior to this position, Oscar held the role of Business Development Manager and Operations Manager at Baker Hughes from June 2005 to March 2012. Oscar holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Bolívar, earned between 1985 and 1991.
