Gary E. Owen is an experienced associate at Governmental Consultant Services, Inc. (GCSI) since February 2012, contributing to the top-rated state government consulting and lobbying firm in Michigan. Prior to joining GCSI, Gary served as Legislative Liaison and Policy Advisor at the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and held the position of Policy Advisor for Lt. Governor John D. Cherry, Jr. Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan, earned between 2004 and 2008.
