Angela Ramirez is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Manager for the City of Lakewood since October 2023, where responsibility includes leading communications strategy and team management to enhance community engagement. In addition to this role, Angela acts as a Freelance Copywriter for Government Social Media LLC, focusing on producing insightful blog content for government communications professionals. Previous positions include Communications Strategist for the City of Tampa, where management of social media profiles and community engagement strategies was key, and Lead Copywriter and Manager for Very Copy and PBNButler, overseeing a team of writers.
