Haleel Rahman Jailabdheen is a Senior Electrical Engineer at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department since May 2022, serving as the client representative for government initiative projects, overseeing all phases from concept design to project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Prior experience includes roles as MEP Team Lead and Sustainability Engineer at Atkins from May 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities encompassed evaluating contractor submissions and coordinating with stakeholders. Previous positions also include Electrical Engineer/Inspector and Electrical Site Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in installation and quality control of various electrical services, as well as Assistant Engineer at Kerala State Electricity Board, managing electricity flow and safety. Haleel Rahman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Kerala and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management at Arden University.
