Catherine Mercier has extensive experience in communications and multimedia production within the public sector. Since July 2003, Catherine has served as a Conseillère en communications internes et production multimédia at the Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie du Québec. Prior to this role, Catherine worked as an édimestre at the Ministère des Relations internationales, contributing to the development and management of communication strategies.
