Ashley Mataya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce consulting and corporate strategy. Currently serving as a Corporate Strategist and Workforce Consultant for the Government of Nova Scotia since 2023, Ashley previously held key positions at Lighthouse Labs as Sr. Manager of Cyber Partnerships, and at CyberNB | CIPnet as Director of Talent Strategy. Earlier roles include Business Workforce Consultant for the Government of Nova Scotia and Workforce Strategist at Opportunities NB. Ashley began a career in talent acquisition at Pusateri's Fine Foods. Educationally, Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in International Development and Gender Studies from Trent University, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
