Eder Pinatti has extensive experience in the field of agricultural science, serving as a Pesquisador Científico VI at both APTA and Instituto de Economia Agrícola since 2005. Prior to this, Eder held the position of Gerente de Melhoramento Animal e Informática at Agropecuária Nova Vida for a brief period in 2002. Eder holds a Doutorado in Zootecnia with a focus on Agroindustrial Systems from Universidade Estadual de Maringá, expected to be completed in February 2024. Eder also earned a Mestrado in Zootecnia, with an emphasis on Quality and Animal Productivity from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2001 and 2003, and a degree in Zootecnia from USP from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Eder completed a Técnico em Processamento de Dados at Etec Lauro Gomes from 1990 to 1993.
