Patrick Whitham, GISP, has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and project management. Since January 1998, Patrick has served as a GIS Analyst for the City of Southlake, focusing on GIS data generation, maintenance, and cartography production, while providing technical support to various departmental users. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Assistant Manager of Technical Operations at Geo/Info, Inc. from 1994 to 1997 and worked as a GIS Lab Technician/Graduate Assistant at the University of Texas at Tyler between 1992 and 1994, assisting students and managing GIS projects for the university and external organizations. Patrick’s military background includes serving as a Communications-Computer Systems Program Manager in the United States Air Force from 1987 to 1991, where responsibilities included project management and inventory co-management. Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from the University of Texas at Tyler, as well as an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Tyler Junior College.
