Gina Cannova Phalen, MAI, SR/WA, R/W-AC, serves as the Sr Director of the Infrastructure Practice at Cushman & Wakefield since August 2022 and has been a Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the City of Southlake, Texas since August 2018. Prior experience includes Managing Director at O'Brien Right of Way Valuation from December 2014 to August 2022 and various roles in real estate appraisal. Gina also owned and operated SunSational Style, LLC, an online retailer, from June 2007 to January 2015. Leadership roles include President at both PTA Bright Beginnings School and the Desert Sun Child Development Center. Gina's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.
