Henrique Barreto serves as Presidente at Governança Brasil (GOVBR) since October 2023, where responsibilities include defining and implementing strategic visions for sustainable growth. In parallel, Barreto operates as Líder de Grupo at Volaris Group since July 2022, overseeing a portfolio of software companies in Latin America, driving profitability and operational improvements. Previously, as CEO of Sophia Softwares from November 2021 to June 2023, Barreto managed educational solutions and libraries. Barreto’s extensive experience includes various leadership roles at Pearson Latam, focusing on workforce skills and sales strategies, as well as earlier positions at Editora Positivo and Renar Móveis Ltda in export and commercial management. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Business Planning and Management from Universidade Positivo, a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a foreign trade license from UniBrasil Centro Universitário, and a Harvard ManageMentor certification from Harvard Business School Online.
