Joan-Marc Joval currently serves as the Director of Cultural Promotion at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports for the Government of Andorra, overseeing various cultural initiatives and programs. With a history of leadership in cultural promotion, Joval has also held the position of Head of Cultural Action and was the Director of the Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government for the Andorra 2020 Foundation, managing significant events and coordinating with various ministries. Prior to these roles, Joval worked as an EU Public Affairs Officer at KIC InnoEnergy, focusing on innovation and international cooperation, and co-founded a company specializing in editorial and communication services for the arts. Joval holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in European Political and Administrative Studies from the College of Europe and a postgraduate diploma in International Cultural Cooperation and Management from the Universitat de Barcelona.
