Michael E.

Head of Customer Success and Insights at GovConnex

Michael E. has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Michael began their career at Infobreak (Clemenger Group) as a Digital Manager in 2007. In 2009, they worked as a Digital Marketing specialist at Quantum Dynamics. In 2010, they worked as a Customer Service representative at Officeworks. From 2011 to 2012, they worked in the Parliament of NSW as an Electorate Officer for Hon Victor Dominello MP, and then in the New South Wales Government as a Parliamentary Liaison Officer for Minister Dominello. In 2013, they moved to the Parliament of Australia as an Assistant Adviser for the Federal Treasurer. From 2015 to 2021, they worked for the New South Wales Government in various roles, including Director of Stakeholder Engagement for the Office of the NSW Premier, Hon Gladys Berejiklian, Head of the Parliamentary Liaison Office, Senior Adviser, and Senior Policy Adviser. Michael also worked for the Liberal Party of Australia (NSW Division) as a Campaign Officer for the North Sydney by-election and Office Manager for the Ryde Election Campaign. Most recently, they have been the Head of Customer Success and Insights at GovConnex since 2021.

Michael E. completed a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Politics from Macquarie University. Michael then went on to pursue a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Curtin University. Currently, they are enrolled in a Global MBA program at Macquarie Business School, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
