Rahmat Maulana is an experienced professional specializing in learning and development, currently serving as the Merchants Learning & Development Manager at GoTo Group since November 2024. Previously, Rahmat held the role of Learning Business Partner at Daya Dimensi Indonesia, where responsibilities included providing tailored development solutions for leaders at various managerial levels and managing large-scale learning initiatives. In addition, Rahmat has contributed to organizations like Values20 Group as part of the Event and Summit Committee, KarirVice as Product Manager, Gööp in Business Development, and AIESEC in various leadership capacity, demonstrating a strong background in organizational development, mentorship programs, and strategic planning.
