Diani Koesoemohadiani currently serves as Corporate Secretary at GoTo Group since December 2021 and has extensive experience in corporate legal roles, including Co-head of Legal Corporate Actions at Gojek from October 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, Diani was a Partner at RSA Advocates - Rakhmat Suroso Adinugraha and held the position of Junior Partner/Director and Senior Associate at Melli Darsa & Co., a member firm of the PwC global network, from May 2003 to December 2018. Diani holds an LLM from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law (2010-2011) and a law degree (SH) from the University of Indonesia (1998-2003).
