Cecilia Olofsson currently serves as Front Office Supervisor at Gothia Towers since September 2023. Prior to this role, Olofsson worked as Service Crew Front Desk at Quality Hotel™ from January 2022 to October 2023, also completing an internship as Event Project Manager focusing on conference and events operations. Olofsson has experience as a Säljande receptionist at Nordic Wellness from October 2020 to June 2022 and as Assistant Manager at Pinchos from March 2016 to June 2020, where responsibilities included daily operations and goal management. Earlier career roles included Hovmästare and Servitris at Pinchos, and ACC Agent at TNT Express (November 2012 - July 2015). Olofsson holds a Yrkeshögskoleexamen in Hospitality Management from Yrgo (2021-2023) and has additional educational experience from Changemaker Educations and Futuregames in 2020-2021, as well as a brief enrollment at the University of Gothenburg in 2011.
