Fowzia Nuruzzaman is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical writing and management. Currently serving as a Technical Writer at GoSecure since May 2022, Fowzia also co-founded and holds the position of COO at Doosh since August 2020. Previous roles include Customer Care Professional at American Express from October 2021 to May 2022, and Manager at YUL Pizza from May 2015 to August 2020. Additionally, Fowzia worked as a Content Writer at Wize for a brief period in early 2020, creating academic content for prospective students. Fowzia’s management skills were further honed during tenure as Manager at Java U Cafe from June 2013 to March 2020. Fowzia holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Concordia University, completed in 2020, and attended Dawson College from 2013 to 2015.
