Iara Laura Coarasa has held a variety of roles in the professional world. In 2017, they began working as a Human Resources Analyst at Continuum Global Solutions. In 2020, they were a Process Coordinator at the Health Department Córdoba, where they were responsible for ensuring the effective management of the different processes, meeting health and epidemiological objectives, and reporting and analyzing health data. Also in 2020, they were a Reflections on the First Interview in Centers for Assistance to Victims of Gender Violence. In 2016, they were a Therapeutic Companion at the Contener Foundation, where they helped people with moderate mental disabilities integrate into the labor market, culturally, and socially. Currently, they are a Human Capital Analyst at GoSCM.

Iara Laura also obtained a Posgrado en Intervenciones Organizacionales: Psicologia Organizacional y del Trabajo from Universidad Nacional de C\u00f3rdoba in 2021, and a Agile Methodologies -Scrum from Coderhouse in 2022.
