Andrea Zapata has over nine years of experience in the Supply Chain and Logistics industry. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Corporación Aceros Arequipa as a Key User for SAP IBP, Supervisor General of Planning, Analyst of Reaprovisioning and Drawback, and Analyst of Drawback. In 2010, they worked at COTTON KNIT S.A.C as an Executive Commercial and Buyer, and at Protransporte as an Assistant of Budget. From 2018 to 2019, they worked for GoSCM as an SAP IBP Architect & Value Manager and SAP IBP Consultant, for Oracle as an SCM Applications Sales Representative, and for Gloria as an SAP IBP Consultant. In 2021, they began working for CAP S.A. as an SAP IBP Architect, responsible for the S&OP module. Her responsibilities included implementing the SOP process, forecasting consumption, demand categorization, production aggregation, late delivery, discretization, optimization, lead time, rounding, alternative lists, substitute products, etc.

Andrea Zapata has a diverse educational background. Andrea obtained their Licenciada en Administración y Negocios Internacionales from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2009. In 2012, they attended Lehigh University for the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry 2012. In 2008, they were awarded a Semestre de Intercambio por Beca Laurette from Universidad del Valle de México. In 2013, they became a Consultor Certificado MM from Centro SAP. Andrea then went on to earn an Especialización in Operaciones y logística from Universidad ESAN in 2017, followed by a Maestría in Supply Chain Management from the same university in 2019.
