Ryan Barnes, P.E., CPESC, has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Project Manager for the Maine Turnpike Authority since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Town Engineer for the Town of Brunswick from June 2018 to January 2022 and served as Project Engineer for the City of Lewiston from March 2011 to June 2018. Additionally, Ryan contributed to the Androscoggin Transportation Resource Center, first as Committee Chair from January 2017 to June 2018 and as a Voting Member from April 2016 to January 2017. Earlier in the career, Ryan gained valuable experience as a Project Engineer at Gorrill Palmer from May 2001 to March 2011. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
