Manisha Bhairon has worked in a variety of roles over the past 13 years. From 2018 to 2021, they were a B2B Marketing/ Project Coordinator at McKesson, where they were responsible for attending project kick off meetings and producing project requirements documents, scheduling the timings of the project, managing the delivery of creative, media and PR agencies, and more. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Marketing Communications Assistant at Coventry University, where they were responsible for generating marketing reports, evaluating marketing campaigns performance, briefing creative jobs into the Design Studio, and more. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Business Development Manager at Made in Surveys & Made in Studios by MIS Group, where they managed all social marketing channels, used analytical tools for monitoring and managing website and social media activity, uploaded marketing material to online libraries, and more. Finally, from 2008 to 2015, they were a Sales Advisor at The Body Shop, where they worked on a more personal shopper level, was responsible for visual merchandising of the store and displays, and managed customer queries and complaints.
Manisha Bhairon began their education in 2008, when they obtained their GCSE's from Finham Park School. Manisha then continued their studies at WCG, where they earned a BTEC Extended Diploma in Business Management in 2013. Afterwards, they attended Aston Business School, graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. In addition, Manisha has obtained an Email Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy in October 2022.
