Joe Bouchard currently serves as a Property Appraisal Advisor at Gore Mutual Insurance since September 2023. Prior to this, Joe held multiple roles at Platinum Pro-Claim Restoration from September 2017 to September 2023, including Operations Manager, Construction Manager, and Flood Department Manager. As Operations Manager, Joe facilitated daily operations for over 160 employees while collaborating closely with leadership to devise solutions for team and individual goals. In the Construction Manager role, Joe managed the performance and efficiency of Carpentry and Cabinetry trades, overseeing scheduling and project completion in conjunction with multiple Project Managers. Additionally, as Flood Department Manager, Joe led a team of 25-30 Flood/Environmental Technicians and central Dispatchers, establishing a structured leadership flow among four Supervisors.
