Nick Parker has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as a Produce Supply Chain Analyst at Gordon Food Service - Canada since July 2008, where previous roles included Quality Assurance Manager and Night Operations. Prior experience includes positions as a Purchaser at Sysco Kelowna Ltd from March 2003 to July 2008, Kitchen Manager at Pennylane Entertainment from August 1999 to March 2003, Banquet Chef at The Glencoe Club from August 1996 to August 1999, and Sous Chef at Earls Kitchen + Bar from June 1990 to August 1996. Nick Parker holds a Red Seal Chef degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, obtained between 2003 and 2006, and a General Diploma from Central Memorial High School, completed in 2000.
