Stephen Baumer is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at GoPro since January 2009, where the focus is on creating versatile cameras for capturing high-quality video and photos, Stephen has also held positions in business development at OpSource and as VP of Marketing at Pandora Networks, specializing in SaaS solutions. Earlier roles include senior technology positions at Märktewerk, eUniverse, Intermix Media, and Groundswell Media, where Stephen co-founded and held the CTO role. Additional experience at Genex as Technology Director and previous engagement at Apple Computer in sales engineering rounds out a diverse professional background. Stephen holds a B.S. in Languages & Linguistics from Georgetown University and a BS in Betriebswirtschaft from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
