Yashmita Thapa is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Soc DFT Engineer at Google since January 2024. Prior to this role, Yashmita worked at Intel Corporation for over seven years, initially as a Graduate Technical Intern in 2016 and then advancing to the position of Architectural Validation Engineer until January 2024. Yashmita's early career included an internship at Gururaj Engineers and a trainee position at Scientech Technologies Pvt. Ltd., focusing on embedded C programming. Yashmita holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
