Tamir Kessel is an experienced business development leader currently serving as the Head of Biz Dev for Geo Sustainability & Google Solar API at Google since September 2022. In this role, Tamir leads the commercial aspects of the Google Solar API pilot and oversees business development for Google Environment APIs. As a mentor for Google's Startups for Sustainable Development accelerator, Tamir provides guidance to ClimateTech startups on market strategies and fundraising. Prior to this, Tamir was at BreezoMeter, where significant contributions were made to the company's exit to Google, including leading key deals and fundraising efforts. With extensive experience at Microsoft in various leadership roles for SaaS and business applications, Tamir has cultivated skills in sales, marketing, and digital transformation. Educational credentials include a Master's degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree from Tel Aviv University.
