Suwah Tobah, M.Ed., serves as the Head of Organizational Development at Google since November 2019, previously holding the position of Organizational Development Principal. Prior experience includes roles in organization development at Intel Corporation and a focus on leadership development at Target, where Suwah contributed as a Leadership Development Program Manager and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. Earlier career highlights include HR Generalist roles at Cargill, where organizational engagement and employee processes were prioritized, and HR and operations management at Cookie Cart. Suwah holds a Master’s degree in HR & Change Leadership: Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas, a Bachelor's in International Business from Metro State University, and completed the Executive Development Program at Management Leadership for Tomorrow.
