Sophia Sterling is an accomplished professional currently serving as Team Lead at Google’s Creative Lab and an active participant in the Early Stage Consumer 20% Cohort at Google Ventures. As the Founder of The Marriage Pact, Sophia co-created a viral dating platform utilizing market design and machine learning, now implemented across over 25 colleges. Previous experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, a Fellow at IDEO CoLab, and multiple summer analyst positions at McKinsey, USAFacts, and Ironclad. Sophia also founded and directed TEDxYouth@HotMetalBridge. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Stanford University, with prior studies at the University of Oxford and The Ellis School.
