Shilpi Srivastava currently holds the position of Partner Management in G Cloud at Google, having joined in August 2023. This role involves cultivating strategic partnerships and managing an opportunity pipeline, successfully closing over 900 opportunities with priority partners while mentoring interns and ensuring compliance. Prior to this, Shilpi served as a Young Professional at the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (JEEViKA) from August 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities encompassed data management, research, planning, and evaluation of projects, along with managing community-based organizations and leading COVID-19 vaccination efforts. Shilpi’s initial experience includes a summer internship focused on entrepreneurial aspirations in self-help groups. Academic credentials include an MBA in rural management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, completed in 2020.
