Sam Srinivas is a seasoned leader in the technology sector with extensive experience in authentication and security technologies. Currently serving as a Board Member representing Google at the FIDO Alliance, Sam has played a pivotal role in the alliance's growth, leading to over 300 members and widespread support across major platforms. As the Vice President and Strong Authentication Standards Lead at Google, Sam oversees initiatives related to sign-in and authentication. Previous roles include Product Management Director for Google's Sign-in & Authentication and Infrastructure & Cloud Security teams, as well as co-founding Backhop Software. With a strong foundation in engineering and computer science, Sam holds a PhD from Stanford University and degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
