Saikat Mitra is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in technology and customer service roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Google since August 2016, Saikat leads a global team focused on enhancing Customer Support for Google Ads using AI. Prior to this role, Saikat was Vice President and Head of Trust & Safety for APAC, where efforts were directed towards combating fraud in various online sectors. Saikat’s previous experience includes Vice President of Cloud Services at Oracle Corporation, overseeing operations across multiple countries, and Vice President roles at Genpact and AT&T, managing significant projects and teams. Saikat holds an MBA in Strategy & Globalization from San Jose State University and has pursued further education at Duke University and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
