Ryan L. is a User Experience Researcher at Google, focusing on the productivity and well-being of engineers through diverse research methodologies. Previous roles include serving as a Policy Specialist, developing strategies for engaging with Latin America legal teams, and as a Research Coordinator for the Decode Zika NIH project at The University of Texas at Austin. Ryan has academic experience as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Centre College, a Postdoctoral Fellow at Universidade de São Paulo, and engaging in research with political behavior studies at Universidade de Brasília. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Political Science and a Master's degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin, along with dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government from Kenyon College.
