Reilly O'Hara is a seasoned professional in the fields of carbon removal and sustainable development, currently serving as Program Manager for Carbon Removal at Google since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles at CarbonCure Technologies where Reilly held multiple positions, culminating as Director of Carbon Products from May 2022 to April 2024. Reilly also managed the Tamer Fund and Climate Change at the Tamer Center for Social Enterprise at Columbia University and contributed as an MPA Consultant at the Impact Investing Institute. Earlier roles include research partnerships at Collaborating for Resilience (CoRe), co-founding the Miasin NGO, community development support with the Peace Corps, and grants and development work at the International Rescue Committee. Reilly earned an MPA in Economic Policy & Social Impact from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
