Raquel Vazquez Llorente currently serves as a member of the AI Policy team at Google, focusing on public policy and regulation surrounding AI and emerging technologies. Raquel also holds a position as a trustee at The Guardian Foundation and previously worked as Associate Director at WITNESS, concentrating on the impacts of generative AI on the trustworthiness of audiovisual content. Raquel's extensive experience in law and policy includes roles as Head of Law and Policy at FIDH and Senior Legal Advisor at eyeWitness to Atrocities, where innovative legal systems for authenticating digital content were developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Strategy and Diplomacy from The London School of Economics and advanced degrees in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
