Polona Antoncic is an experienced professional in engineering operations and program management, currently serving as the Engineering Operations Lead at Google Fiber since 2024. Prior to this role, Antoncic held the position of Director of Program Management for Product Security at NETGEAR from 2020 to 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing product security governance, managing a bug bounty program, and coordinating security initiatives across the product portfolio.
