Nelson Vasconcelos is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in interaction and user experience design. Currently serving as a Senior Interaction Designer at Google since September 2024, Nelson previously held significant roles such as Staff Product Designer at Shopify, where leadership in optimizing Point of Sale products for large-scale merchants was demonstrated. Additional experience includes positions at Booking.com, C6 Bank as the first design hire, Tera_ as a UX Design Instructor, and various other roles spanning mobile and web design. With a degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Nelson has cultivated a strong foundation in design across multiple industries, consistently focusing on user-centered design and product innovation.
