Lakshmi Santhana is an accomplished Engineering Program Manager at Google since October 2019 and an Ambassador for One Young World, representing Unilever at a global youth forum. Prior to joining Google, Lakshmi held various roles at Unilever from June 2016 to September 2019, including Program Manager, where leadership guided significant digital supply chain initiatives, and Supply Planning Product Lead, achieving substantial efficiency improvements through machine learning deployments. Lakshmi began the professional journey at Oracle as an Associate Business Consultant and also interned at Amazon and Bhabha Atomic Research Centre. Lakshmi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from SPJIMR and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
