Kamal Manglani is an accomplished professional in technical program management with extensive experience in leading teams across various organizations. Currently, Kamal serves as the Head of Technical Program Management for Workspace Engineering Productivity at Google since December 2023, having previously overseen the Android Developer Experience from August 2021 to November 2023. Prior roles include Director of Technical Program Management at Walmart Global Tech, Director of Information Technology Program Management at Rubrik, and Director of Agile Transformation/Technical Program Management at eBay. Kamal also held positions at Walmart eCommerce and Slalom, and began a career at Tata Consultancy Services, where expertise was developed in software development for banking and financial services. Kamal holds an MBA in General Management from Hult International Business School and a BE in Electronics and Telecom from Mumbai University.
