Kai Chun Lee is an experienced Regional Recruiter at Google since March 2018, focusing on talent acquisition for sales and non-tech functions in Southeast Asia. Previously, Kai Chun served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Thomson Reuters, specializing in recruitment for financial and legal sectors across ASEAN, and as a Senior Consultant at Randstad Singapore, where expertise was in sourcing Sales and Marketing professionals within Banking and Professional Services. Additionally, as a Mortgage Banker at OCBC Bank, responsibility included structuring real estate loans for mid to high-income buyers.
