Previously, as Director of gCare Customer Experience and Quality, Jyotsna led a diverse global team focused on customer success and transformative solutions. Prior roles at Google India included Global Head of Central Operations Quality, CX & Tools Strategy, where strategic execution for customer experience and operational excellence was key, and Country Head for Canada, focusing on revenue growth through the DoubleClick suite. Jyotsna also held various management positions within Google India, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Jyotsna holds a Bachelor's degree from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and furthered education at INSEAD.
