Jinghua Zhang is an accomplished UX professional with extensive experience in user experience research, strategy, and design across leading technology companies. Currently serving as UX Director of Research and Writing for Hardware & Services and Head of UX Research for VR & AR at Google since January 2016, Jinghua previously held multiple senior roles at Mozilla Corporation, including Senior Director of Strategy & Insights. Early career experience includes positions as User Experience Researcher at Google, Designer and Product Manager at Microsoft, and Design Research at Bang & Olufsen. Jinghua holds a Master’s degree in IT Product Design from Syddansk Universitet and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Management, along with Material Science and Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Beijing University of Technology.
