Jill Strawbridge, Ph.D., is a seasoned expert in user experience research with extensive leadership roles at industry-leading companies, including Google, Hulu, and Pearson Education. Currently serving as Senior Manager of UX Research for the Central Accessibility team at Google, Jill specializes in creating inclusive and accessible products. Jill has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Art Center College of Design and previously at Loyola Marymount University and UCLA, teaching courses on human factors and user experience. With a Ph.D. in Human Factors from The Ohio State University and a strong background in psychology, Jill has dedicated a career to understanding user needs and guiding design processes across various sectors.
