Ify Olie is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in leading HR initiatives at major companies. At Google, Ify has served as Lead People Partner for Knowledge and Information, overseeing UX, Data Science & Engineering, and Long-term Bets, and held various roles including Sr. People Partner for Google Ads and Interim Head of HR. Ify's tenure at Boeing included positions such as Human Resources Director and Director/Chief of Staff to the SVP of Human Resources. Previous experience also includes roles at Nissin Foods as a Human Resources Generalist and at Extreme Learning as an Academic Coach. Ify began a career in HR as an Assistant at See's Candies. Ify holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University.
