Helynn Nelson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Manager and People Consultant at Google, where responsibilities include addressing HR needs and focusing on strategic hiring solutions for global Cloud clients. Helynn is also an Angel Investor with Black Angel Group, supporting ethical technology startups, and an Adjunct Professor at both Thomas Jefferson University and Villanova University, teaching in the School of Business and Human Resources Masters Program, respectively. Previous roles include Senior Manager of HR & Ops at DC Public Charter School Board and Senior Manager of the Temporary Recruiting Division at Rhodes & Weinstock LLC, along with legal experience as an attorney in various law firms and as a Judicial Law Clerk in the State of Connecticut. Helynn holds a J.D. from Tulane University Law School and a Sommelier Diploma from the International Sommelier Guild, among other educational qualifications.
