Harish Ganapathy is a seasoned software engineer currently with Google, where involvement spans roles within Google Brain and YouTube since August 2014. Prior to Google, Harish held the position of Senior Engineer at Qualcomm from February 2012 to July 2014 and completed research internships at IBM Research Labs, Bangalore, and Qualcomm. Early career experiences include engineering internships at Freescale Semiconductor and Qualcomm. Harish holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, a Graduate Certificate in Mining Massive Data Sets from Stanford University, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering also from the University at Buffalo.
