Felicia Afarwuah currently serves in the Global DEI Learning and People Development team at Google since April 2015, focusing on inclusive leadership and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization. Previous roles at Google include Diversity Program Manager for the Grow with Google initiative in EMEA, emphasizing economic empowerment in collaboration with UN Women and Ipsos, as well as positions as Diversity Specialist and Talent Programs & Events Specialist. Felicia's earlier experience includes HR roles at Carlsberg Group, Airbus, and Holmes Place, and a marketing internship at Nestlé. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, along with an exchange program at IUT MONTPELLIER-SETE. Felicia achieved a distinction for an MSc dissertation on the relationship between resilience and teamwork skills.
