Fatih O. is a software engineer with experience in growth strategy, having coordinated organic growth initiatives at Earnin from September 2021 to July 2022, where a refreshed referrals experience was designed and launched. Prior to this role, Fatih O. served as the Lead Mathematics Teaching Assistant for Calculus at the University of Pennsylvania, receiving the Good Teaching Award, and also contributed as a Computer and Information Science Teaching Assistant. Additionally, Fatih O. gained research experience as an intern at Koç University, adapting a demo unit for photovoltaic electrolysis in a major energy research laboratory. Fatih O. holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and completed the International Baccalaureate at King George V School.
