Fabio Michelan is an experienced UX and product design professional with a robust background in leading digital transformation initiatives for large enterprises across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of UX Innovation at Google, Fabio has contributed to the digital transformation process for over 50 customers and co-created the Cymbal Design System. Previous roles include UX & UI Design Manager at Bayer, where strategies for new digital business models were developed, and positions at Robert Half, SumUp, DogHero, and Copag - Cartamundi, demonstrating expertise in user experience, design management, and digital strategy. Fabio holds a postgraduate degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
