Edward Kitching is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Operations for Ads Policy at Google since February 2022. Prior to this role, Edward held various positions at McKinsey & Company from June 2011 to February 2022, including Associate Partner, where responsibilities included leading global assets in the McKinsey Transformation practice and advising clients on transformation journeys. Edward's career commenced with a summer placement at PricewaterhouseCoopers and included leadership training as an Officer Cadet in the Royal Air Force. Edward holds a Master’s degree in Technology and Innovation Management from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from Keele University.
