Chanchal Bansal is a seasoned leader in customer experience and digital media services with extensive experience at Google since 2015, currently serving as Director of Customer Experience. Bansal oversees a global team driving significant revenue enablement and consultative services for corporate clients. Prior roles include Head of Specialized Capabilities for North Americas, where Bansal led a team to navigate complex global challenges while doubling team size to enhance revenue generation. Before joining Google, Bansal was a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group, managing large-scale transformation projects, and previously held a Systems Manager position at Hindustan Lever Limited, overseeing comprehensive IT management projects. Bansal holds an MBA in Strategy, Finance, and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
