Bibek Galera is an experienced security leader with a robust background in managing security, compliance, and privacy initiatives across major technology companies. At Google since January 2022, Bibek focuses on security leadership. Prior to Google, Bibek served as Head of Security at Glossier, Inc., overseeing the security of the company's cloud-based global eCommerce platform. Bibek played a pivotal role at Zuora as Head of Cloud Security Operations, steering threat and vulnerability management and identity and access management strategies. Bibek's career began at Yodlee, where responsibilities included directing system operations for a diverse client base and ultimately achieving significant infrastructure improvements. Educational credentials include an MBA from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and a Master of Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal University, India.
